Gesture VR is a Commercial app. This APPLICATION is provided by Nick Ladd and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone deciding to use my Service.

Support
For a better experience or technical support, I may require you to provide me with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email addresses, first name, last name and computer technical specs. This information will not be collected automatically and will only be acquired should you reach out via the email address provided on this page.
Beta/Mailing List
If you sign up for the mailing list or opt into our private beta we will collect your email address, first name, and Discord username. Our mailing list can be unsubscribed from at any time by following the instructions in the email or by contacting me at hello@nickladd.tv

In-App
The Gesture VR application does not store or transmit any personal information. Notably:

Names entered in multiplayer will only be shared between yourself and others whom you choose to connect with, they are not shared or collected by me.
- The application has the functionality to capture images via the built-in screenshot camera and will store the files in your photo library/device, not online. You may upload photos online at your own discretion outside of the functionality of the app.

Gesture VR does not collect any stats or analytics that contain personal information.

By then continuing to use the app, you will be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to check the terms of our Privacy Policy whenever you access the app.
